First Nations Targeted Business Administration Traineeship – Regional Investment Corporation & Skillset Regional Investment Corporation is an Australian Government provider of low-interest loans that support the long-term strength, resilience and profitability of Australian farms and farm-related small businesses. About the Role The successful candidate will undertake a Certificate IV in Business Administration over a 2-year period. You will be working alongside industry experts to gain meaningful hands-on training and develop skills for a career in administration and operational support. Duties Offer administration support to all areas of the business Secretarial support for internal committees Book events, create and organise marketing materials Utilise written and verbal communication skills to answer customer enquiries Learn and follow government process and privacy procedures Skills and Experience Have a passion and interest in the Corporate Services and business industry Able to be self-driven in your own learning and skills development Enjoy being a part of a great team with an eagerness to learn Have skills such as high attention to detail, communication and an approachable nature Resilience and ability to take feedback on board Culture Supportive learning environment that fosters development amongst its workers Ability to apply for ongoing employment post training Flexibility in working hours available upon negotiation Above award training wage Cultural and other generous leave entitlements Experience working with and learning from industry professionals and qualified, trained supervisors Formal study and skills development through a registered training organisation Support from a dedicated Skillset Workforce Consultant offering support and mentoring for the duration of your traineeship.
