Job Description
NES Fircroft are seeking talented Processing or Mechanical Maintenance Supervisors for long-term roles.Ideally, you will have been a supervisor in a Gold or Iron Ore Process Plant ; however, other complex fixed plant asset experience will be accepted.Roster: 2/1 or Even time rosters availableFlight location: PerthExperience: Experience supervising teams of 6 or more, with the ability to communicate and support all experience levels. Experience with leaching, crushing, grinding, screens, pumps, valves, flotation, stackers, reclaimers, and other fixed plant assets. Project experience is ideal; however, it is not a must-have. Maintenance scheduling and shutdown planning experience preferred. Breakdown experience essential. Competent to perform isolation within process for plant and equipment. Undertake regular inspections of all plant areas of responsibility; eliminate and control hazards. Must have a passion for promoting a great culture within the team. Conflict resolution and incident management skills. Qualifications: Mechanical Supervisors must have an Australian recognised trade certificate. Valid driver's license. White card or willing to obtain. Must have Schedule 26 or willing to obtain. Must have full Australian work rights.
