Opening in early 2022, the home will deliver outstanding levels of wellbeing and comfort for our residents and a positive uplifting work/life balance for our staff. Things that work for us: Certificate III or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or diversional therapy is essential Experience in an aged care facility, developing Leisure programs including working with dementia clients 6 Months Fixed Term possibly extending High level of customer service skills Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to follow directives as per care plan Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
