About the job: Fixed Voice Platform Test Engineer We are looking for a fixed voice platform test engineer with experience in Ribbon fixed switches. Candidates who have worked at Ribbon Communications or Sonus Networks are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Testing of Sonus/Ribbon Session Border Controller (SBC), Sonus/Ribbon PSX and GSC, Ribbon C20. Experience working on SIP Protocols and testing SIP voice connecting to PABX. Working with Probes & Analysers and signal generators like Tektronix Iris and Niometrics. Minimum Requirements: 6 to 12 years of industry experience with a telecom background and knowledge. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in fixed or core mobile network manual/automation testing as a test engineer with lab testing exposure. Comprehensive understanding of internet protocols in data, voice, and video suites. Hands-on experience in design, deployment, or testing of Sonus/Ribbon Session Border Controller (SBC), Sonus/Ribbon PSX and GSC, Ribbon C20. Ability to understand and assess requirements and processes with a problem-solving attitude. Very good understanding of software testing lifecycle, processes, and methodologies. Ability to transfer knowledge to team members and communicate well both orally and in writing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
