You get to: Deliver brand standards across all retail touch points maintaining the Flagship store as a model store across all disciplines. Lead and coach the team to uphold company values, delivering exceptional customer experience and strong product knowledge. Drive sales and KPI performance, holding team members accountable and analysing data to maximise opportunities. Champion the Customer Loyalty program, Omni Channel activities, and visual merchandising standards. Foster a motivated, transparent environment and support team development through training, mentoring, and succession planning. Manage staffing, rosters, and costs effectively, ensuring compliance with stock and cash handling policies. Oversee store security, audits, and stock takes, and provide support to the Area Manager as needed. About you: Previous experience in a retail management role within fashion. Strong leadership with a focus on people development and team performance. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Passionate about retail and customer service, with a strategic, organized approach. Skilled in managing multiple priorities, driving results, and adapting to change. Committed to upholding business standards, procedures, and leading by example. AP21 experience is advantageous.
