Duties: Manage fleet allocations; Monitor loads to ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements; Ensure all allocations and dispatch operations are performed at the highest service level; Coordinate the flow of paperwork ensuring a high level of accuracy; Understand client needs and be proactive in meeting current and future requirements. Skills and Experience: Experience allocating fleet within the transport industry preferred; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong knowledge of Perth and surrounding areas; Ability to problem solve with great attention to detail; 100% commitment to deliver high customer service, every time; Possess a strong team and work ethic.
