Southern Premium Vineyards (SPV) owns and operates wine grape vineyards in Australia’s finest and most productive wine grape regions including the Barossa Valley, Clare and Limestone Coast regions of South Australia and the Riverina in New South Wales. Established in 2021, SPV offers wine producers a grape supply solution for their wine grape sourcing as an alternative to owning or leasing vineyards. About the job: Located in either Adelaide or the Barossa Valley, this role will provide key support to the Fleet & Asset Manager and the wider business to ensure seamless and efficient operations in all areas of our extensive and diverse vehicle fleet, vineyard machinery and across other owned and leased assets. You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks, including ownership, monitoring and maintenance of the fleet management system, oversight of leases, asset procurement and liaising with key suppliers and stakeholders. You will also assist in the preparation of data for fleet and asset budgeting, utilisation and reporting. About you: You enjoy helping people, answering questions and if you don’t know the answers, finding them out. You are a can-do person where no job is too big or small. Ideally you have experience in administration, fleet or office coordination and know your way around an Excel spreadsheet. You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, have high attention to detail, are able to work independently, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
