If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy workshop. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of mechanics, trade assistants, and other staff, ensuring that all repair and maintenance work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Role Responsibilities: Manage and supervise a team of workshop staff. Oversee the maintenance and repair of a fleet of heavy vehicles. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Manage workshop budgets and resources. Implement and maintain quality control procedures. Required Skills: Proven experience as a Workshop Manager in the heavy vehicle industry. Strong technical knowledge of heavy vehicles and their components. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
