The buck stops with our foremen. Our foremen are the beginning and the end of each project. They are leaders with a firm and uncompromising stance towards safety and the quality of their work. As a ‘black belt’ foreman, you are in charge of getting things done. A Flexem Foreman gives no excuses and is forever resourceful. You are not on the tools, but you ensure all trades are working safely, to the program, and according to our quality standards.
