Collaborate with planners, civil designers, environmental engineers, and government stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. Our current workload includes numerous renewable projects throughout Eastern Australia, several sporting precinct upgrades in NSW/QLD, working with catchment management authorities on rural flood mitigation studies, acting as expert peer reviewers for environmental flow hydraulic studies, and numerous land development projects. Work remotely with regular office days for team connection. Minimum Requirements A Chartered Civil or Environmental Engineer (or working towards it) with at least 4 years of experience in water resources, floodplain management or related fields. Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in TUFLOW and Hydrologic modelling in Australia. Strong understanding of Australian water guidelines (ARR, NSW FDM, IDM etc.). Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering practical, client-focused solutions. A commitment to excellence, sustainability, and community resilience.
