Job Description
Our client is a national floor covering wholesale distribution company servicing Australia for over 50 years. It prides itself on customer satisfaction by offering world-class products delivered by their dedicated team.This is a full-time opportunity at their Darwin Trade Centre facility. You will be involved in all facets of running the Trade Centre and doing deliveries when required. This position will suit a person who likes variety. Responsibilities include: Managing the Trade Centre Loading and unloading of stock Doing deliveries when required Storing stock in correct locations Operation of forklift General maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensuring warehouse areas are clean Answering telephones To be considered for this position you will meet the following criteria: Manual MR license or higher 3+ years forklift and warehouse experience Experience in sales Excellent organisational skills A good phone manner Well presented Physically fit Experience in the flooring industry will be looked upon favourably but is not essential Your application will include the following questions: Do you have a heavy vehicle driver's licence?
