Job Title: Sales Consultant / Sales Manager VicPark Flooring Centre is a boutique flooring retail shop with a commercial arm, situated at the busy junction of Leach Highway and Welshpool Road, Welshpool, WA. Since the business is expanding, there is an exciting opening for the role of a Sales Consultant / Sales Manager with immediate start. Key Responsibilities: Generate new clients and sales across the floor. Tender for small & medium projects. Meet clients at site and perform accurate site measurements. Draw up plans manually or with software. Generate and follow up quotes. Coordinate clients, suppliers & subcontractors/labor. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the flooring industry. Good knowledge about carpets, vinyl products, laminates, hybrids & timber flooring. Knowledge about window blinds is an advantage. Reliable motor vehicle and valid WA license. Basic computer literacy and good communication skills. Strong sales skills, customer service, and reliability. The candidate must be honest, hard-working, and possess a genuine hunger for success. They should enjoy talking to people, work sincerely without supervision, and have a positive "can-do" attitude.
