Job Description Bistro Suzette, a distinguished French-inspired dining destination celebrated for its refined ambiance and culinary excellence, is inviting passionate and service-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism. Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations Upsell menu items and promote daily specials Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking supplies as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Food Handler's Certificate (required) Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (required) Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry (preferred) Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in food and beverage service techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions Knowledge of food and wine pairing (preferred) Understanding of dietary restrictions and allergies Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Additional Information Bring passion and dedication to excellence, and we will recognise your contribution with a variety of benefits, rewards and development opportunities.
