The Role We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Coordinator to drive the team to achieve our targets and provide top-level customer service. In this hands-on role, you will participate in the operation of the bar and food service to achieve expected budgeted sales targets and KPIs. Reporting to our Venue Manager, our Coordinator needs to have the highest level of customer service skills with proven experience in the hospitality sector desirable. An RSA and Badge is essential. The primary responsibility of the Coordinator is to lead the team in delivering first-class service to our patrons, ensuring the bar and functions operate effectively and efficiently within relevant Government Regulations, always aligning yourself with the Belgravia Leisure Mission, Vision, and Values. Key areas of responsibility include: Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team Provide excellent customer service to all customers Provide information on our product range Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the bar Ensure all cleaning and maintenance is carried out according to specified quality standards Follow health and safety guidelines Cashier experience, taking orders, and handling cash Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems Promote the centre's services and programs to our patrons Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
