As Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will join our leadership team and assist in the smooth operation of our F&B department. About you Lead and supervise the food and beverage team during afternoon shifts, ensuring high standards of service. Oversee the set-up, service, and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Manage guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally, enhancing the overall guest experience. Ensure the proper handling and settlement of customer accounts using our POS system. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety throughout the outlets. Promote Novotel Ibis Melbourne Central by driving revenue and implementing strategies to improve service efficiency. Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive attitude to the team, inspiring staff to do their best. Work closely with other departments to coordinate events and special functions as needed. What you will be doing? Lead dinner operations and assist with conference and events when required. Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team. Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained. Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal. What is in it for you?
