Job Description Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings. Assist guests with menu offerings and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling. Effectively take orders and ensure accuracy by repeating order(s) to the guests. Set conference rooms promptly and accurately to the specifications described on the function sheets. Qualifications Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate. Customer service experience or experience in a similar environment.
