Cater Care - Passionate about people and communities Job Description The Opportunity: An exciting new role that will support and impact our business acquisition strategy. Reporting directly to our General Manager Business Integration, you will make a tangible difference and positive impact in driving business planning efficiencies, budgeting, KPIs, and performance reporting. The role will support the ongoing transformation of the production function and requires a continual process improvement/change mindset. You will: Monitor and track the performance of the business and provide advice and assistance to deliver positive outcomes. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement efficient and effective production practices and remain at the forefront of operational excellence. Have the awareness and ability for continuous review, improvement, tracking, and measuring production outcomes that have a positive ROI. Take ownership of process improvements and benefits and advise key business leaders with regular updates. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations within the production areas and foster a strong safety culture. Desired Skills and Experience About You: Business or hospitality-related qualifications or related work experience. 7 years minimum experience in the hospitality/food production sector. Experience in growing new business acquisition is essential. A strong culinary background and management experience is beneficial. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required. Why Cater Care?
