THE POSITION Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely meal delivery and compliance with food safety regulations Manage staff rosters, provide training, and lead a motivated, high-performing team Ensure excellent customer service, handle complaints, and maintain patient satisfaction Manage budgets, track finances, and minimise waste while ensuring service efficiency Collaborate with clinical teams and external suppliers to meet dietary and catering requirements Ensure compliance with hospital policies, conduct audits, and foster a safety-first culture THE PERSON Proven experience in operational management within a food services or hospitality environment Strong leadership skills, with experience supervising and motivating a diverse team Previous experience using menu management systems. Experience with CBORD will be advantageous Food Safety Certificate and HACCP compliance, with a thorough understanding of food hygiene practices Previous experience with managing allergen and dietary requirements Willingness to obtain a National Police Check Clearance and Working with Children Check (WWCC) Willing to obtain or provide proof of immunity for vaccine-preventable diseases THE BENEFITS Multitude of salary packaging options available.
