Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated and loyal member of staff who has a 'can-do' attitude and can work well under pressure to high standards to join our Front-of-House team. The ideal candidate will have: NVQ Level 2 in Catering & Hospitality (Food & Drink Service) Trained First Aider desirable, or willing to undertake necessary training as identified Willing to be trained in EPOS tills system and train others Knowledge of food and presentation High levels of accuracy and attention to detail And be: Honest, reliable and hard working with the ability to work under pressure Able to motivate staff and work in harmony with colleagues Flexible in attitude and approach to work and shift patterns Effective in liaising with internal and external contacts Smart in appearance Previous experience of working in a busy food service delivery environment is essential. Previous experience of cash handling and till reconciliation/cashing up is desirable. Salary: £30,620 per annum (inclusive of bonus) & benefits Contract type: Permanent, full-time, average of 37.5 hours over 5 days per week to be worked on a rota including weekends 32 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays) Car parking (when available) Bonus Free meals on duty Healthcare scheme (upon successful completion of probation) Application Process: Applications should be made on the form provided below, including salary history and reasons for leaving jobs.
