About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Food and Beverage Operations Manager at The Inchcolm Hotel. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department, this hotel-based role reports directly to the General Manager. Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to: Monitor the day-to-day provision of quality customer service in each of the Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring a high level of consistency. Hands-on approach to the coordination of the department, whilst guiding the team. Maintain clear communication with both internal and external guests and suppliers, building and maintaining client relationships. Engage with customers to anticipate their needs, address inquiries and resolve issues recognizing each opportunity for growth. Manage VIPs and special requests with care and attention to detail. Skills & Experience 3-4 years in a similar operations role. Holder of Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
