The Company Luxury residential builder specializing in new build architectural homes, duplexes, large-scale renovations & extensions, townhouses, and boutique class 2 developments. The business has been trading for over 20 years. About The Role Foreman / Site Manager to manage a $7m new build home, which includes a 3-storey building plus basement. Required to deliver the project from start to finish. Monday to Friday working week. Salary level between $140,000 and $150,000 plus super. Duties Site management of trades. Quality assurance. Reading and interpreting architectural plans. Scheduling trades. Ordering materials. Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required. Site progress reports. Site inductions and toolbox talks. WH&S. Skills & Experience Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc). Experience of managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions etc. Ability to manage stakeholder relations. Good attention to detail.
