We are calling you to contribute to our success and grow with us! Responsibilities Client onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients ensuring KYC compliance. Customer Support: Address queries in a prompt manner, related but not limited to banking, KYC, and transaction monitoring. Compliance: Ensure all FX-related activities comply with relevant financial regulations and company policies. Relationship management: Use your interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders. Documentation: Maintain detailed and high-level accuracy records in our systems. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve FX transactional issues and provide advice on risk identification. Assist in the development and maintenance of departmental procedures and provide input on improving FX transaction monitoring processes. Requirements Degree holder in any discipline, bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services or fintech industry is highly regarded. Knowledge of foreign exchange markets and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric, hardworking, detail-oriented with a can-do attitude. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Bilingual in English and Mandarin. This is an entry-level role, so we are open to seeing graduate candidates as long as you have a keen interest in the finance services industry.
