Skills and experience To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following: A High Safety Focus LF experience Packaged food experience Pick packing experience HACCP exposure (Highly Desirable) Comply with all OHS regulations and Chain of Responsibility requirements Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions Enthusiastic and energetic team player Ability to Pick n Pack (up to 25kg) Job tasks and responsibilities Ensure all inbound and/or outbound freight is: Accurately scanned, matched, sorted, and placed safely into correct locations. Unloaded and loaded safely with zero damage within a timely manner. Ensured all inbound units are completely cleaned and all pallets, load restraint equipment, and dunnage are recorded, removed, and placed in the appropriate locations. Reviewed consignment notes and provided feedback to Supervisors on quality/issues. Matched freight and connotes with no miss-sorted or miss-loaded freight. Reported all incidents of damage, shortages, split consignments, etc. to the supervisor in a timely manner. Ensured the warehouse is kept organized and tidy. Worked toward a target of zero near-miss incidents or accidents. Any other reasonable tasks or projects as requested by your manager. Why choose CRL, here's why.
