The right candidate will have an interest in natural, clean skincare and in developing plant extracts to use in new formulations, helping our customers to awaken their natural glow. This is a contracted role to support our Research & Development team through a period of Parental Leave.Desired Skills And Experience Your skills and experience: Qualification in Chemistry or equivalent. Prior relevant experience in cosmetic formulation. Experience with natural origin formulation development. Strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally. Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. Ability to learn and maintain a high level of product and ingredient knowledge.
