Project Manager – Formwork Construction Location: Sydney Salary: $180,000 - $240,000 + super Employment Type: Full-time Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in formwork construction ? Our client, a leading contractor in the industry, is seeking a skilled professional to oversee projects, drive efficiency, and ensure seamless execution from start to finish. About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for managing formwork construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of formwork construction projects Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams Ensure compliance with WHS and industry regulations Lead site teams to drive productivity and maintain high-quality workmanship Identify and mitigate project risks and delays Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in formwork construction Must have experience in high-rise projects Strong understanding of formwork systems, structures, and methodologies Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of construction software (e.g., Procore, HammerTech) is a plus Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Why Join Our Client?
