Roles and Responsibilities: Act as a single point of contact for assigned customers, providing technical support on the Fortify on Demand offering. Conduct troubleshooting, gather diagnostics, reproduce problems, and diagnose faults. Escalate software change requests to Fortify Product Engineering. Provide expert technical support guidance to customers for their Application Security needs. Lead technical action plans and provide expertise to teams or projects. Document solutions for use by other technicians and customers, and train peers on these solutions. Qualifications: Technical University or Bachelor's degree preferred. 5-8 years of experience in technical support and/or consulting. Experience in Application Security (AppSec) is desired. Familiarity with AppSec tools such as Fortify SCA, Fortify WebInspect, Veracode, Checkmarx, or Synopsys. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus. Advanced troubleshooting skills in a technical environment.
