About the Role (Sydney Based) We are looking for a hands-on, ambitious, motivated, and experienced Software Sales Leader that can: Lead and coach ambitious Enterprise BDMs and Partner Managers in achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas. Drive strategic deals and accounts to six-figure and seven-figure ARR deals. Provide CEO with accurate weekly forecasts on a rolling 90 days and provide genuine leadership to grow the company revenue. Develop strategic Account Plans to materially increase ARPU.
