What you’ll do: Join us as a Franchise Contract Specialist for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract! A successful candidate will be overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, maintaining records, and being the go-to contact for all contract matters. Collaborate across teams to achieve strategic goals and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee all stages of franchise contracts, ensuring compliance and timely execution. Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees, legal counsel, and stakeholders, providing updates and handling inquiries. Build relationships, manage contract execution, address complaints, and meet franchisee needs to reduce retention risks. Maintain accurate records of contracts and transactions, supporting data access and regulatory compliance. Enhance operational efficiency, develop aligned policies, and stay updated on industry trends to optimise contract management. What you’ll bring: Extensive contract administration experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and error identification. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, build relationships, and apply financial, accounting, and basic contract law knowledge. Diploma in Business, Commercial Management, Contracts Administration, or related field; undergraduate qualification preferred. Why us?
