Day to Day: As General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring a first-class guest experience and a high-performing team. You will: Lead and empower department heads, setting clear goals and fostering talent development. Drive performance, balancing short-term decisions with long-term business growth. Champion the brand, using market insights and strategic marketing to stay ahead of the competition. Maximize revenue and profitability, delivering strong ROI for stakeholders. Requirements: You are an experienced General Manager with a proven track record in international branded hotels. Additionally, you: Thrive in a luxury environment and understand the importance of exceptional service. Have strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset. Are an exceptional communicator with high relationship management skills, collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external. Understand the local Brisbane market.
