Are you a yacht captain based in Perth available for a casual or full-time position? Do you enjoy vessel variety and having the support of a larger team? Position Snapshot Casual or Full-time Vessel size range: 15m-30m (MY) Excellent team environment with very few overnight trips A high-profile management company is searching for a Perth-based captain to work in either a casual or full-time arrangement across their fleet of small private superyachts. The vessels are primarily used for day excursions along the Perth Coast or out to Rottnest. Vessels always leave the dock with additional crew, including a deckhand and stewardess, and are well maintained. As the vessels are under 30m in length, the captain should have their own accommodation ashore in Perth. Compensation Casual rates are as follows: $55/hr Monday to Friday $75/hr – $90/hr when on trips (DOE) Averaging between 2-4 trips per week over summer. If permanent full-time, the salary is $150k DOE. Minimum Requirements Ticket Requirement (flexible): minimum of Master 5 or Yachtmaster 200gt MCA. Previous drive time is essential, and superyacht experience is favorable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
