About the role The Front Office Reservationist challenges our expectations and brings new and exciting ideas to create exceptional guest experiences across our amazing spaces. This is a dual role for a talented and experienced hotel reservationist with a focus on reservations and a supportive role in operations. Develop efficient methods to manage the busy reservations inbox and guests requests. Drive awareness and revenue into the various outlets with internal and external guests. This includes restaurant reservations and event enquiries. Conduct pre and post arrival calls to all guests, building rapport with the hotel's regular guests and building trusted relationships with new guests. Build out guest profiles, communicating profiles to the wider team. Ability to step into front office operations and support with daily operations.
