Job Description What we are looking for in our Front Office Coordinator: Welcoming patients and managing the reception area in a friendly and professional manner Answering incoming phone calls, booking appointments, and managing the practice's schedule Handling patient enquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise Maintaining accurate patient records and confidential data in our practice management system Setting up financial contracts, assisting with billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as required Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience Upholding the highest standards of customer service and practice procedures Qualifications Dental experience essential and exposure to a similar position highly desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dental software systems is an asset Additional Information Why This Industry?
