The Role The Front Office Duty Manager will lead and inspire a dynamic team, overseeing front desk operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure seamless service at every touchpoint. Your Duties Include But Are Not Limited To Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, guest services, and reservations. Train, mentor, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service. Streamline operations by implementing effective policies and procedures. Optimize room rates and availability to maximize revenue and occupancy. Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance for seamless guest experiences. Handle financial transactions, billing, and cash management with precision. Skills & Experience 2-3 years experience as a Hotel Supervisor or Duty Manager/Night Auditor An understanding or background in Accounts combined with other experience within the hospitality industry is highly advantageous Strong computer skills with experience with RMS or similar reservations systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach Attention to detail A commitment to outstanding customer service Exceptional personal presentation standards Benefits Competitive pay and benefits Accommodation and meals provided at discounted rates The unique opportunity to live and work amidst the awe-inspiring landscapes of Kings Canyon Resort in the heart of the outback Discounts across the country on tours and accommodation Opportunities for career development and learning This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Kings Canyon Resort.
