About the Role We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to: Providing a high standard of customer service Processing guest check-ins and outs Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation Supplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest Completing the day-to-day office administration Maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests About You To be successful in this role you will have: Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry A passion for delivering exceptional Guest experience Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Strong organizational skills and attention to detail An enthusiastic and positive attitude Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed A current driver's license is essential Why Work for Us Discounted accommodation at over 300 G'day Group holiday parks nationally.Discounts with our G’day Rewards PartnersService recognition awardsAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramInternal promotions and opportunities How to Apply Are you an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual looking for a dynamic role in the hospitality industry?
