Contribute to this Energy & Infrastructure Group by providing strategic advice and creative solutions. This role is based in the CBD with WFH options available. Candidates should have 1-4 years’ PAE at an international law firm. Responsibilities Undertake front-end work only. Be part of the Energy & Infrastructure Group. Provide strategic advice. Skills & Experience You will be a front-end Construction Lawyer at the 1-4 year PAE level. Your New Role You will work with a Partner who is an accomplished construction and infrastructure lawyer. He provides strategic advice to market participants on the structuring, negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts across a broad range of projects, including renewable energy projects, oil and gas facilities, process plants, residential and commercial developments, rail, roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, hospitals, schools, and sporting facilities. The Partner also has extensive experience in dispute management and resolution , having acted on some of the largest construction-related litigation and arbitrations across Australia. He has a proven track record in devising and executing strategies that often result in the early and effective resolution of complex disputes. In this role, you will work with a Partner at an international law firm who has an acute understanding of the legal, technical, and commercial issues that underpin successful project delivery , focusing on front-end work only and the early resolution of disputes in complex matters.
