Job Description

The Front of House (FOH) Services Coordinator oversees the smooth delivery of NIDA FOH services, including managing casual staff and supporting FOH operations for an excellent customer experience. Reporting to the FOH Manager, the role requires strong administrative skills, customer service, and staff coordination. It also involves overseeing FOH operations and ensuring the safe, efficient management of all related processes. This is a part-time position requiring working 5 hours per day, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, occasionally some evenings and/or weekends. A talent pool may be created for this role and is valid for a period of up to 18 months. If you have successfully passed our assessment process, your application and assessments are valid for a period of 18 months. The base annual salary is $72,874 + 11.5% Superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week. Salary will be pro-rated to 25 hours per week.
