Front of House/Office Manager (JOB-314667) Location: Adelaide, Australia Sector: Admin & Secretarial Salary: Competitive We’re looking for a Front of House/Office Manager in our busy Adelaide (Kent Town) office. This is a permanent, full-time role, ideal for a "people person" who's looking to make a positive difference in a thriving office environment. About the role: This role is pivotal in KOJO, ensuring our people have the best experience of working at KOJO and ensuring our clients and partners receive the highest levels of client service when working with KOJO. There are three key areas of this role: Assist with and coordinate front of house/office management activities within the KOJO Adelaide office. Provide client services to our clients and visitors to the Adelaide office. Facilities and admin support to the KOJO Post-Production and VFX team. Due to the nature of this role, it is a requirement to be onsite in our Adelaide office (Kent Town) 5 days a week. We are open to part-time hours to suit school hours and encourage proposals for job share arrangements from two applicants to share this role. About you: This role requires someone who’s passionate about people, providing a positive experience for our people and visitors, and contributes positively to our fast-paced environment and thriving culture. To excel in this unique and demanding position, you will have a warm, positive approach, demonstrate initiative, willingness to help, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. You’ll be willing to learn and handle anything that comes your way, with a smile. As you’re often the first point of contact, being accessible and building strong relationships with our clients and across KOJO will be required. Your naturally effervescent attitude will put a smile on our team and our visitors' faces and set the tone for the rest of the business, contributing to the distinct culture and brand of KOJO. We’d love to hear from you if you have: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, like hospitality, retail, events, or admin. Strong people/team orientation, develops rapport quickly, effective communicator (verbal/written), & comfortable meeting new people, a warm, friendly approach, and willing to roll sleeves up and get involved. Take pride in creating a positive first impression and pride in the presentation of the physical office space and love to take care of people. You are organised, committed to completing tasks on time and to a high standard, and dedicated to providing your clients with clear, proactive communication on your progress. You are also able to manage your time and priorities effectively. Work autonomously when required, to triage and solve problems, put forward ideas to improve the experience our people and clients have, and prioritise and escalate when required. And if you have barista skills and love to bake, that would be an added bonus!
