Based at our Food Manufacturing site in Tingalpa, and reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role works Night Shift 10:30pm-6:30am Sunday Night-Friday Morning and oversees a team of 6. Manage the departmental budget, aligned with repairs and annual operating plans. Work closely with other departments and shifts to ensure the highest level of maintenance effectiveness across site. Qualifications 2+ years prior experience leading and managing frontline employees. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with different departments. Previous experience working in the food industry (not essential, but seen as advantageous).
