Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Designing, building, deploying, and supporting the Agency's Cloud & Data Infrastructure. Prioritise work items and add them to a work queue. Ensuring that the solution follows integration best practices. Work with business consumers to ensure desired business outcomes are reached. Play a pivotal role in our project team, using an agile development framework. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and set priorities. Essential experience: Extensive hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and services Experience in building and deploying of DevOps practices, tools, and continuous delivery pipelines such as GitLab, Artifactory, and Jira Experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling such as Terraform Experience with version control systems such as Git and agile development methodologies Ability to write moderately complex code across multiple languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Golang Experience with containerisation, cluster deployment and orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes. Nice to haves: Database deployment and administration (Postgres and MySQL) Administration of Azure Infrastructure Experience with Networking, Cloudflare, Hashicorp Vault Experience building and managing PKI.
