Recently graduated and looking to accelerate your marketing career? Provide critical support to our Partnerships Director with the administration of our promotional activities in a newly created, full time, permanent role with a global leader in Travel Retail.In this fast paced role you'll get to build your skill set within a dynamic and complex business that operates across a variety of retail concepts while honing your stakeholder management skills working cross-functionally with Marketing, Category management and Operational teams. You’ll take ownership of: Maintaining accurate records of promotional activity for finance Administration activities focused on commercial promotional planning Scheduling & management of content updates related to client agreements on internal CMS platforms Impress booking schedule Supporting the rollout of commercial promotional campaigns across relevant channels We’re looking for a detail orientated recent graduate with a can-do attitude. You’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or related field Impeccable attention to detail & accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Solid approach to organisation, time management & ability to meet deadlines Initiative and maturity,and the confidence to work independently Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams etc) Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information Motivated, proactive, and ready to make an impact Lagardere AWPL is the Pacific region's largest and most experienced Travel Retail operator.
