Our stores have a fun, chilled out atmosphere for our customers and cater for 50/50 eat-in and takeaway. The Yiros Shop currently has 14 locations stretching across Brisbane, Moreton Bay region and the Gold Coast region with more locations opening all the time! Job Description: Due to growth and internal promotion, we have an opportunity for experienced Restaurant Managers to join The Yiros Shop in our thriving restaurant located in the heart of Albion. The restaurant is conveniently located within walking distance from the Albion train station (7 Min Walk). You will be required to work Monday to Sunday on a set roster and will enjoy 2 weekly RDO's that is negotiated upon your start of employment. Salary: $70k to $75k (Pending on experience) + Super + monthly KPI commission bonus. Please only apply if you have Restaurant Management experience, otherwise your application will not be accepted. The Job involves: Opening and closing the store Supervising and managing employees including juniors Training and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding results Conducting performance evaluations Trialing and training new employees Monitoring store performance and meeting KPI's Rostering, inventory, ordering and reporting Handling customer complaints and concerns Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use Cash handling and register operation Cleaning and maintaining the store The right candidate must have: Strong and demonstrated management experience Strong leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team, setting goals, and ensuring they are achieved Strong customer service skills Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations Strong time management skills Flexibility and able to adapt to change Attention to detail to ensure the store is clean and in good running order Training and development experience Motivation to keep your team motivated and on task Ability to work as a team with a friendly attitude and a genuine passion for the fast food industry Perks & Benefits: Path to Partnership: Own your own restaurant and become a TYS Partner.
