About the role SUAVE HAIR AND EXTENSIONS is looking for a Fully Qualified Hairdresser to join our team in Allawah, NSW. This is a part-time position, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. As a Fully Qualified Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our clients, contributing to the success and growth of our salon. What you'll be doing Delivering a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and extensions. Providing personalized consultations to understand clients' hair needs and preferences. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the salon. Assisting in the training and mentoring of junior stylists. Contributing to the overall success and positive atmosphere of the salon. What we're looking for Fully qualified hairdresser with a recognised certification or diploma. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hair and beauty industry. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience. Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling, and hair extensions. Creativity and an eye for the latest hair trends. Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.
