With a strong reputation for delivering cutting-edge digital transformation projects, this consultancy is expanding its team and looking for a Functional Lead – ServiceNow to support a Major Incident Management (MIM) project. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Functional Lead with expertise in ServiceNow Major Incident Management (MIM) to drive a key project for a leading enterprise client. You’ll play a crucial role in migrating users to the MIM Workspace, integrating MS Teams, and optimizing PagerDuty functionalities to enhance incident management processes. Key Responsibilities ServiceNow MIM Expertise – Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Major Incident Management module to guide implementation and best practices. PagerDuty Management – Oversee groups and escalation policies to ensure seamless replication of existing workflows. Workspace Migration – Lead the transition of users to the MIM Workspace, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. MS Teams Integration – Enable integration for phone calls, messaging, and conference bridges to enhance communication. Stakeholder Engagement – Conduct discovery workshops, analyze existing rules and processes, and ensure smooth adoption of new solutions. About You 4–8 years’ experience in ServiceNow, with a strong focus on Major Incident Management. Strong analytical skills to assess and convert existing rules/processes into the MIM Workspace. Experience working with PagerDuty and MS Teams integration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Availability to start within 30 days (Immediate start preferred).
