Responsibilities in the role As the Functions and Events Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our events and business growth. Your key responsibilities will include: Planning, organizing, and booking a variety of functions, events, and activities to drive revenue and profitability. Maximizing the utilization of club and venue facilities, ensuring seamless coordination with operations. Developing new business opportunities, particularly in the corporate sector, to target repeat business. Managing and leading the Functions & Events team to ensure efficient event planning and execution. Assisting in exceptional service delivery. Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships. Achieving and exceeding revenue and profit targets. This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to meet and greet, coordinate and manage events. This role will include weekend work as required. We offer Competitive salary package.
