Job Description About the Role As a Manager within our Managed Funds team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring the timely delivery of pricing and registry services to boutique fund managers. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and fostering relationships while also overseeing operational efficiencies within the team. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for fund managers and investors, ensuring a seamless experience and delivering timely unit pricing and registry services. Develop a deep understanding of each client to ensure the firm is well placed for the provision of solutions and client service. Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance the client experience. Ensure all managed fund activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies and are consistent with the Trust’s Constitution and Information Memorandum. Build a high performing and accountable team ensuring clear guidance and leadership through developing, coaching and mentoring. Collaborate closely with an offshore team in the Philippines and manage direct reports in Australia including monitoring workflow. Participate in business development activities to continually grow the division and attract new clients. Liaise with third parties including auditors and Responsible Managers to deal with queries as they arise. Desired Skills and Experience About You Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills. Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide a team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
