The role An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fund Operations Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end wholesale investor management, fund operations and efficient management of the wholesale funds’ registers. This is a crucial, hands-on role where you will need to ensure all functions are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory requirements whilst working with key internal and external stakeholders. What you will be doing Acting as the primary point of contact for investors on operational matters Managing end-to-end investor relations operations matters, including investor inquiries, databases and responsibility of all related registry dealings Managing the external unit registry service provider, including establishing the business rules, internal and external stakeholder management and performance Identifying and implementing process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and investor satisfaction, including automating operations Managing all registry related reporting for the funds and ensuring the fund operations adhere to all relevant regulatory frameworks Working closely with the Fund Managers, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless coordination of operations and adherence to best practices What makes you stand out To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in fund operations, investor relations, and/or portfolio management with wholesale investors within the financial services or investment management sector. You will have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple funds and investment vehicles simultaneously and have a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, fund structures, and reporting standards in Australia. As an excellent communicator who is able to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, you will be detail-orientated, an analytical thinker, have a passion for operational excellence and a willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to get work done whilst thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
