Job Description
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator with a funding background to join our team! This position is Monday-Friday between 8:30am-5:00pm. What is involved in the role? In this busy role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of funding management and administration across all areas of our Head Office operations. We are looking for someone to: Provide communication and support to centre Directors and Management staff Carry out daily office management and communications Carry out Kindergarten Funding claiming processes for all services Calculation and financial management of all Kindergarten Funding arrangements; including accurate data entry and maintenance of data in management systems Problem-solve and provide specialist advice to staff and clients on matters relating to payroll and funding Manage & monitor service delivery activities for funding programs Position requirements The successful applicant should possess the following skills and attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work with speed and accuracy Ability to be adaptable and flexible, and respond quickly to changing priorities and has the ability to work independently Strong financial administration skills and experience, including budget management Experience with database systems and Windows Office applications (intermediate level) Early Childhood / Kindergarten Funding knowledge Proficient MS Office skills are essential To be considered for this exciting opportunity, please submit a well-written cover letter along with your resume.
