As a Lead Tenant residing at Fusion Mornington, your core role will be to share life with the young people residing within the program and demonstrate a positive and productive lifestyle through your own actions and conduct within our community. Key Responsibilities: Live onsite in shared community housing. Mentor and support up to 8 young people in daily living. Role model healthy community living and positive relationships. Guide young people in developing basic life skills. Collaborate with experienced team members. Contribute to creating a supportive, stable home environment.
