Role Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in wills and estates law, with a focus on providing exceptional client service and strategic advice. They will work closely with clients to navigate complex legal matters, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support on wills, estate/succession planning, and probate matters. Draft and review wills, trusts, and related documentation. Represent clients in estate disputes and mediation processes. Conduct client interviews and manage client relationships effectively. Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions. Stay updated on changes in relevant legislation and legal precedents. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the firm’s growth initiatives. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in wills and estates law. Strong understanding of estate planning, probate, and trust law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with high-net worth clients & with succession/future planning.
