Job Description
A leading digital infrastructure company in the Asia-Pacific region is seeking a skilled GIS Manager. This role involves designing, managing, and maintaining fibre network systems across subsea, terrestrial, and internal fibre cable assets. Location: Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy a centralized geospatial network database. Collaborate with IT to ensure secure data access. Design terrestrial fibre-optic networks across subsea, terrestrial and internal fibre cable assets Record and process network changes. Issue fibre splicing instructions. Support subsea cable system design and construction. Maintain accurate records of geospatial assets. Provide reports to support various teams. Qualifications: 7+ years in designing and managing geospatial records within Telecommunications. Tertiary qualifications in Informations Systems or Geographic Information System (GIS) Experience in spatial analysis and report creation. Ability to work autonomously and remotely. Experience with GIS system management for data center connectivity is a plus.
